1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Barel Influencers processes data in connection with its internal creative operations workflow and TikTok account integration.

2. Data We Process

The service may process user account data, campaign records, scenario and video generation records, publication metadata, connected TikTok profile identifiers, TikTok profile metadata, and encrypted TikTok session cookies provided by authorized operators.

3. TikTok Account Data

When a TikTok account is connected, authentication is handled by TikTok. The service may receive and store TikTok account identifiers, profile handle, display name, granted scopes, access tokens, refresh tokens, and token expiration timestamps.

The service does not store TikTok passwords or e-mail verification codes entered during TikTok login.

4. How Data Is Used

Data is used to authenticate authorized users, manage content workflows, connect TikTok accounts, prepare publication records, and interact with TikTok APIs for approved publishing workflows.

5. Sharing

Data may be shared with infrastructure providers and third-party APIs required to operate the service, including TikTok APIs for connected account functionality. Data is not sold.

6. Security

The service uses access controls and encrypted storage for TikTok authorization tokens. Users should only connect TikTok accounts they are authorized to manage and should revoke access when it is no longer needed.

7. Retention

Operational records are retained as needed for workflow, audit, and system administration purposes. TikTok authorization can be removed by disconnecting or revoking the integration.

8. Contact

For privacy questions or requests related to the service, contact the Barel Influencers system administrator.
